Description
Not your typical clinic. Not your typical vet job.
At Spring Hill Veterinary Clinic, we’re building something special, and we’re looking for the right kind of veterinarian to help shape it.
We’re a privately owned, 3.5-doctor small-animal practice in the heart of Kane County’s western suburbs, and we’ve just expanded into a beautiful 6,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art facility. But the real story isn’t the building…it’s the people inside it.
We’re looking for a veterinarian who brings drive, grit, integrity, and personality to everything they do. Someone who takes their work seriously but doesn’t take themselves too seriously.
WHO YOU ARE
You might be early in your career or already experienced. What matters most is how you show up:
- You’ve got grit—you lean into challenges and keep pushing to get better
- You’re honest and ethical—your clients trust you, and your team counts on you
- You bring a bubbly, positive energy that lifts the room
- You love building relationships—with pets, clients, and coworkers
- You want to practice great medicine AND enjoy your workday
- Bonus: You have (or want to develop) an interest in exotics, pocket pets, or avian care
WHY SVC?
Because we don’t just say “supportive culture.” We actually live it.
Mentorship that matters
You’ll have experienced DVMs who are invested in your growth, with weekly check-ins, dedicated surgery time, and real guidance—not guesswork.
A team that gives back
We’re deeply connected to our community—supporting local events, rescues, and causes that matter.
Modern medicine, done right
Our fully equipped facility includes digital radiography, ultrasound, dental x-rays, full surgical suite, Idexx in-house lab, therapy laser, and more.
Work/life balance is real here
No emergency hours. Flexible scheduling. Time off that actually lets you recharge.
