If you are experienced with veterinary ultrasound, this role offers a genuinely different way to work:- no weekends, no public holidays, and flexibility of work makes this an ideal opportunity for the right candidate.
You will be provided with 5 weeks annual leave, a car for both business and personal use, a high-end mobile ultrasound machine, a laptop and access to a CPD fund.
Prioritising work-life balance, the position allows for flexible personal breaks during the day such as the ability to pick kids up from school.
U/S Together is an established mobile veterinary ultrasound service that has been operating in Melbourne since 2021. We aim to increase access and affordability to skilled ultrasound, both abdomen and cardiac, to clinics in the Northern and Western suburbs of metropolitan Melbourne that want to offer complete in-house diagnostic capabilities.
Due to the high popularity of our service we are expanding and looking for an experienced veterinary clinician confident with an ultrasound probe to join the team. Whilst you will be working independently in clinics, you will be supported by the business owner who has 20 years of clinical experience and postgraduate qualifications in veterinary ultrasound and cardiology. The work is steady and relaxed with no barrage of KPIs, time to scan properly and prioritisation of quality over quantity of diagnostic work.

Requirements
Clinical experience of minimum 5 years is required, you should be comfortable with complete abdominal ultrasonography and ideally also cardiac imaging. Evidence of commitment to relevant further education is preferred such as a graduate certificate in ultrasound or medical memberships. A valid driving licence and current registration with the Veterinary Practitioner’s Registration Board of Victoria is essential.
